Processing Time: Once an order is placed, please allow 1-5 business days for processing. If we are facing higher volume, processing times may extend up to 30 business days. Please note orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed due to processing times.

Shipping Methods: We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Our primary shipping service is USPS.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours up to 5 business days for all in-stock items (excluding pre-orders) on business days (Monday-Friday).

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will start processing for shipment the next business day.

Please note Protein Milkshake is not responsible for lost and stolen orders. Please ensure your delivery address is a secure location.

Delivery Time: Delivery time for in-stock items typically ranges between three to 15 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

We are not responsible for carrier related shipping delays.

Delivery time is also dependent on item availability. If an item is out of stock (on pre-order), it will ship within 24 hours of our inventory being back in stock.

Please note that delivery times above is based on "business" days. 

International Shipping: We offer international shipping at cost based on the destination. You can calculate shipping by entering your address at checkout, prior to entering your credit card information.

Calculating Cost: We do not profit from shipping fees. Your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged. If you choose expedited shipping or international shipping, the cost will reflect the rates charged to us by the carrier.
