Low-Carb Protein Pancakes

These healthy low-carb protein pancakes were created by @healthwithacrunch. 

Rainy, rest days should consist of nothing but the following: big a$$ pancakes, sweatpants, cozy blankets, & Catfish on repeat!

recipe:
1 serving Protein Milkshake
1 + 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
4 tbsp baking powder
1 + 1/2 cup plant based milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
dash of vanilla extract
.
mix all ingredients well until a smooth batter forms. heat up your skillet and make those dang pancakes. I used a 1/2 cup to scoop the batter onto my pan so to make large pancakes. eat hot with toppings of choice and store leftovers in freezer to toast in following days!
