Low Carb Cherry Chocolate Chip Cookies

This healthy low-carb Cherry chocolate chip cookies were created by @mama.gets_healthy.

I am in LOVE with Protein Milkshake's cupcake batter protein powder! Check out these LOVELY Protein Milkshake Cherry Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Protein Milkshake has such a SWEET flavor, you would swear you were licking a bowl of cupcake batter. Unlike most protein powders, @proteinmilkshake doesn't leave a nasty Aftertaste. I would definitely recommend giving them a try!

Cherry Chocolate Chip Cookies:


Batter:
3 servings Protein Milkshake 

6 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1 egg
¼ c Sugar Substitute (I use monkfruit)
½ c Frozen cherries
4 oz Cream cheese (I used fat free)
2 Tbsp Mini chocolate chips

Frosting:
1 serving Protein Milkshake 
3 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp Unsweetened almond milk
Food color optional
Combine all batter ingredients until well mixed.
Chill in refrigerator for 20 mins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut out cookies into desired shape and place on cookie sheet
Bake for 10 mins for mini cookies and 13 mins for larger cookies

Makes 36 mini cookies / 24 medium cookies/12 large cookies

Combine frosting ingredients in bowl and dip cookies in frosting letting them drip the excess frosting off back into bowl. Top with sprinkles. .
