Keto Friendly Mini Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Protein Cakes

These healthy and delicious keto-friendly mini chocolate peanut butter cup protein cakes were created by @ghostingcarbs. 
MINI CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUP PROTEIN CAKES!  ⠀

Cakes (makes 2):⠀⠀⠀
1 egg⠀⠀⠀
1/4 cup almond butter⠀⠀⠀
1/4 cup @choczero maple vanilla syrup⠀⠀⠀
2/3 cup almond flour⠀⠀
1 tbsp instant coffee dissolved in 2 tbsp warm water⠀⠀⠀
2 tbsp Protein Milkshake PB Cup Organic Protein Powder⠀
1/4 tsp baking soda⠀⠀
1/4 tsp baking powder⠀⠀
Pinch of salt⠀⠀⠀
Mix everything together and pour into 2 greased ramekins.  Bake for 25 minutes at 350.  ⠀

Once cakes are cool, top with almond butter whipped cream. ⠀

Almond butter whip:⠀
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream ⠀
3 tbsp mascarpone ⠀
1 tsp allulose ⠀
2 tbsp almond butter⠀
Whip heavy cream until almost stiff peaks.  Then add remaining ingredients and whip until well combined.  Pipe on top of cakes and drizzle with melted @choczero chips (I mixed milk and white chocolate) and sprinkle with chopped @choczero peanut butter chips.  ⠀
