These sprinkle-tastic keto-friendly cupcake batter cookies are created by @ Spread The Grub.

Protein Milkshake protein powder has to be the most decadent one that I’ve ever tried! The powder alone is a dessert! Plus the powder is sugar free & keto approved.

Keto Cupcake Batter Cookies

CUPCAKE BATTER COOKIES that are keto friendly! What dreams are made of! These healthy protein cookies will blow your mind! The main ingredient is Protein Milkshake cupcake batter protein powder, making them high in protein but low in carbs & sugar! Follow the simple steps below to make them!
.
In a bowl combine: 1/2 cup
Protein Milkshake powder, 1/2 cup almond flour, & 1/2 tsp baking powder. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl combine: 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted & cooled), 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract & 1/3 cup @swervesweetie. Mix until well combined.
.
Next, add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients & mix until the dough has formed.
.
Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out the batter & place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. DO NOT flatten the cookie.
.
Bake at 350° for 7-8 minutes. Let them cool, then apply the icing. I made a keto friendly icing by combining 2 Tbsp of @swervesweetie & 2 tsp of almond milk. Mix until a thick icing has formed. Then spread on each cookie & top with sprinkles. For keto friendly sprinkles use @gooddeesmix.
