Weight Watchers Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

These delicious Weight Watchers Chocolate PB Protein Balls were created by  @ lori.monigold.

Here is a SUPER EASY and delicious treat that has a great combo of protein and fat for a post workout ( or anytime) little bite of yum.

Weight Watchers Chocolate PB Protein Balls 

Ingredients:

Balls-
1 cup @smuckersbrand natural PB
1/2 cup Protein Milkshake 
1 tbsp powdered sweetener

Coating:
1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
1 tbsp PB
3 tsp coconut oil

Directions:

1. Place all ball ingredients into a bowl and blend with hand mixer.
2. Scoop into balls with your smallest scooper and roll with hands to smooth. Freeze on parchment lined sheet while you make the coating.
3. Place all coating ingredients in bowl and microwave in 15 second intervals. Mine only took two times. Stir until smooth.
4. Once your PB balls are firm ( mine were in the freezer less than 10 minutes) add them one at a time into chocolate and flip them with a fork until coated. See video to watch how I did mine
5. Optional but worth it is to sprinkle on some flake salt. Pop them back in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to set and store in the fridge.
